Imagine walking into a 100-year-old home in the charming M-Streets of Dallas, filled with history and character. The interior design project begins with a vision to honor the home's heritage while infusing it with modern freshness.

Our Mid-Century Eclectic project started with the challenge of transforming all the white walls to add a layered, textural base. We used all the interesting angles of the archictecture and added both ceramic and wood tile, wallpaper, and paint color to add visual interest. The client's eclectic art and punk rock aesthetic with a Texas twist shines with the added layers.

This "Polished Traditional" design embraces both antique pieces and modern designs, combining them in unexpected ways to create visual interest and contrast. Classic furniture shapes are reinterpreted with sleeker lines and updated upholstery fabrics, while vintage accessories add character and charm.

We knew we were in for a FUN and colorful project when our client let us know right away that her favorite color was pink.

Every home has some kind of history. But this one has HISTORY. Built almost 100 years ago and inhabited by an early manager of the famed Driskill Hotel, this home still has the original wrought iron gates that were opened for the horses and buggy to enter at the end of the day.

Transitioning from a large home to a cool townhome on the Katy Trail gave us and our client an opportunity to create a modern space perfect for entertaining and showcasing our client’s gorgeous art collection.

This down to the studs remodel took this home from dated to California cool, with a focus on natural white oak finishes and casual laid back style.
